Step 2 — Build your team’s plan

  • After your session, we’ll share a recommended format based on your team size, participation goals, and scheduling preferences.

Step 3 — Launch your monthly reset series

  • Six monthly sessions delivered in small groups, with automated scheduling and participant sign-ups handled for you, plus between-session resources.
